You may be aware that the NSW 16ft Skiff Association Annual General Meeting was scheduled to be held on Saturday 8^th August 2020 at Drummoyne Sailing Club to commence at 2:00pm.

In view of the re-emergence of the COVID-19 situation and the uncertainty of planning and holding indoor meetings and get-togethers, it has been decided that we will cancel the face to face meeting at Drummoyne and hold our AGM via a virtual meeting utilising the Zoom software on the same date and at the same scheduled time.

By utilising Zoom, it provides certainty that the meeting will be able to be held as scheduled and reduces any potential health risks that might be associated with holding a face to face meeting.

All skiff sailors who belong to an affiliated club are entitled to attend the meeting and the numbers who can attend the meeting will not be limited.

If you are in a position to log in and would like to attend the virtual meeting via Zoom on Saturday 8^th August at 2:00pm, could you please advise me by return email (or phone 0407 242 221) by Wednesday 5^th August 2020 and our President Mark Graham will email you a link to enable you to join the meeting.  A meeting agenda, a copy of the 2019-20 Association Annual Report and any other relevant information will also be emailed out prior to the meeting.
