Van Munster pre-preg nomex skiff with c-tech spars. Overall scratch and handicap Pointscore winner in 19-20 season at Manly with excellent past results in states and nationals, a seriously fast and beautiful looking boat. There has been an enormous investment in time and money spent on refining and maintaining every aspect of this boat. Nothing more to spend. Boat remains underweight with approximately 4kg of corrector weights when weighed at Port Stephens nationals.

Comes with a full complement of Tru-flo sails with new jibs and no 1 spinnaker in 2019. Full inventory below. Rigs have been set up and regularly tuned by Tru Flo sails. The rigs are – ‘Medium flex’ c-tech no 1 mast and ‘Soft flex’ c-tech no 2 mast with all wire rigging replaced on both masts in 2019. Both masts bend very similarly to the association package rigs but the spreaders stay attached. Both masts have been stored in full mast covers since new.

Boat is fitted out with a c-tech high modulus rectangular boom and c-tech high modulus pole (new in 2019) with full carbon Rudder, big and small centreboard foils made by Ian Dixon. The foils have been refaired, reprofiled and repainted by Ian Dixon annually.

Arguably the best setup boat around:
Full ‘Lancelin Ropes’ top of the range rope package (everything is low stretch SK99) – almost all control lines are replaced and serviced annually. This boat was used as the on water testing boat for Lancelin Ropes product development, we have had the ability to manufacture rope here in Sydney, so there’s some seriously high spec rope on here – Even the stitch length/braid angle of the dyneema core of each rope has been optimised for each application ;)
Full Harken fitout for blocks and cleats with Allen High-Load blocks in high load areas.
All control lines are self retracting and the cockpit is kept clean of ropes with everything running under the foredeck.
Kick-out bars make it easy for crew to maneuver through the boat.
Very low friction spinnaker launching and retrieval line system with large 57mm blocks on all elements of the launching system. New (2019) custom made Silicone coated kite material bag to further reduce friction. You will out-set and out-drop conventional boats in most cases, especially in big breeze where you can keep the sheethand on the wire. Ask around, a few people have filled in for us over the years, all have been impressed.
Jib downhaul and jib car controls are led to the skipper, with lots of purchase on vang and cunningham for enhanced control and adjustability.
Easy mark rounding transitions with elastic systems to ease control lines after top mark rounding and to retract on tails at bottom mark rounding.
Visible scales on vang, cunningham, jib car and jib downhaul to aid in repeatability and ease communication between skipper and crew.
Boat does not leak, all fittings on this boat are glued and laminated down on carbon pads which limits holes through the deck where water typically enters.
Foam deck grip tape on the cockpit floor and gunnels made by Raptor Deck in the USA – boat will be sold with new/spare gunnel foam sections that can be installed if/when required and the CAD designs for the cockpit layout.

Boat is being sold with a Silverwood box trailer (reduced profile/similar shape to Brydens trailer) with mechanical trailer brakes and rego recently renewed April 2020. The trailer has a roller system to reduce effort putting the boat in and out of the trailer and plenty of room for sail storage.
